Services

Photo 51 CIC offers flexible services for schools, youth centres, community organisations, local authorities, housing associations, arts organisations and funders.

All projects are scoped around your aims, audience, timescale, budget and safeguarding requirements. We work with partners to design projects that fit local priorities, funding outcomes and community need.

How a project runs

The same five stages whether it is a single workshop or a year-long programme.

  1. Conversation

We talk about your young people, your aims, your budget and what success looks like for you.

  2. Proposal

A clear written plan: sessions, outcomes, staffing, safeguarding arrangements and cost.

  3. Safeguarding set-up

Before the first session we agree a named safeguarding contact, the escalation route and information sharing with your organisation.

  4. Delivery

At least two workers in every session, with registers, consent and a named programme safeguarding lead.

  5. Evaluation

Attendance, participant feedback and observed outcomes, reported back to you in anonymised form.

Pricing

Every project is different. Pricing depends on the scope, number of sessions, staffing, equipment, location, group size and production needs. Community organisations and charitable projects may qualify for reduced rates.
